RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Our main concern at stonelight candle is that you love our candles as much as we do and you become part of our stonelight family, enjoying our candle for all seasons for years to come. To that end, if any issue arises where you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@stonelightcandle.com so we can help.
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. However, if they happen to get damaged during shipment, we will refund or replace the items upon receipt of proof of damage within a reasonable time frame from the date of delivery.
Unused products may be returned for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, as long as it is in perfect condition. However, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
All returns and exchanges are exempt from restocking fees. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
